Those updates often include new features, bug fixes, but most importantly security patches. Websites running software that is not up to date are vulnerable to security breaches and attacks.

Keeping your website secure, backed up, and its software up to date is frankly a bit dull. Compared to what you should be doing with your time, such as meeting with new customers, hiring new employees, or writing great content, website maintenance is yet another tedious item on your long to-do list.

FAQ

What does a website maintenance and support plan include?

Our base Standard Plan includes WordPress core and plugin updates, security monitoring and cleanup, video training, and a monthly maintenance report. Our Plus Plan adds daily off-site backups and unlimited support tasks. Our Ultimate Plan includes everything in the Plus Plan with the addition of a design task.

Your site likely uses third-party plugins that are licensed to Wong.Digital via a GPL license which allows us to use our license on your site. With any of our care plans you can retain the use of our license to ensure all updates to any of our roster of plugins. 

 

Do you really offer unlimited support tasks?

YES! You can submit an unlimited number of WordPress tasks. Individual tasks are limited to approximately half an hour each but there’s no limit on the number of tasks you can send us.

 

What types of tasks are included?

We can make content updates, add new posts, theme or stylesheet adjustments, install new plugins, configure forms and much more. From code to general WordPress issues, we’ll take care of almost anything that can be done within 30 minutes.

 

How do we send support requests?

Just send an email to [email protected] and it will be received in our system. Please be as detailed and specific as you can. Once it is triaged, one of our team members will start working on your task and follow up with any questions.

 

What are your hours and response time?

We strive to complete all tasks within 8 business hours but it usually happens much faster. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8am — 5pm Pacific Time. Requests made outside these hours will be triaged the next business day.

 

What if my task takes more than 30 minutes?

If we estimate a task to take more than 30 minutes, we’ll provide a quote for your approval.

 

Can I use an unlimited support plan to build my site?

Our support plans are for live sites only. If you wish to have a new site developed, please contact us for a quote.

 

How do you keep my site safe?

We provide daily security scans and if malware is detected, we’ll remove it. Our WordPress core and plugin updates also protect your site by keeping your software on the latest version. We’re constantly monitoring WordPress security alerts and if we find a vulnerable plugin on your site, we update it as soon as the patch is available.
